How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the brew group.
Steps:
- Remove and inspect: Take out the brew unit and inspect for broken plastic tabs or rails. Clean off coffee residues.
- Clean switch area: Locate the brew group presence switch inside the machine and gently clean around it.
- Reinsert correctly: Slide the brew group back in along the rails until it clicks firmly. Do not force it; if it resists, check alignment.
If the message persists, the presence microswitch may be faulty and should be replaced.
