Possible Causes
Blocked air intake in frother, Dirty milk frother nozzle, Incorrect milk type or temperature, Worn frother seals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and allow the frother to cool before disassembly.
Steps:
- Clean frother: Disassemble the milk frother head and nozzle. Soak in warm water with milk system cleaner, then rinse.
- Check air intake: Ensure the small air hole on the frother is not blocked.
- Use proper milk: Use fresh, cold milk (3–3.5% fat). Very hot or UHT milk froths poorly.
If seals are worn or parts are damaged, replace the milk frother assembly or seal kit.
