How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine before internal checks.
User-level checks:
- Remove the water tank, rinse it thoroughly, and ensure the float inside (if present) moves freely.
- Check that the magnet in the float is present and not corroded.
- Clean the area where the tank meets the machine, especially around the sensor window.
- Reinsert the tank firmly until it clicks into place.
Technical inspection:
- Locate the water tank sensor inside the machine (reed switch or Hall sensor on the frame near the tank).
- Test the sensor with a multimeter or by moving a magnet near it to see if it switches.
- Inspect wiring and connectors from the sensor to the control board.
