Brew time is inconsistent between cycles (sometimes fast, sometimes slow)

Possible Causes
Partial limescale deposits shifting in water path, Intermittent one-way valve sticking, Thermostat cycling irregularly, Air pockets in heating block
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the unit to cool and unplug before internal inspection.
- Descale thoroughly: Perform a full descaling cycle to remove loose mineral deposits that may move and intermittently restrict flow.
- Flush system: Run multiple clean water cycles to clear any remaining debris and air pockets.
- Inspect one-way valve: Access the base of the reservoir and remove the check valve. Clean it thoroughly and ensure it moves freely. Replace if sticking.
- Check thermostats: If brew temperature or cycling seems erratic, test the brew thermostat and replace if its operation is inconsistent.
