Outlet arm (spray arm) is loose or falls off easily

Safety: Ensure the unit is cool before handling the outlet arm.

• Clean connection: Remove the outlet arm and clean both the arm connector and the socket in the top cover to remove coffee oils and scale.
• Inspect for damage: Check the connector tabs and any retaining clip for wear or cracks. Replace the outlet arm if the connector is damaged.
• Check socket: Inspect the top cover socket for cracks or deformation. Replace the top cover if it cannot securely hold the arm.
• Reinstall firmly: Push the outlet arm fully into place until it seats securely.
