Steam escaping from top cover or around outlet arm

Safety: Steam can cause burns. Allow the unit to cool before touching the top area.

• Check outlet arm seating: Ensure the outlet arm is fully inserted into its socket and correctly oriented over the brew basket.
• Clean outlet arm: Remove and clean the outlet arm, clearing any blocked holes that may force steam out of joints.
• Inspect grommet/seal: Examine the rubber grommet or seal where the outlet arm enters the top cover. Replace if cracked, hardened, or missing.
• Check top cover: If the top cover is warped and not sealing properly, replace the cover to prevent steam leaks.
