Possible Causes
Missing or hardened rubber feet, Uneven countertop, Pump or heater resonance, Loose internal mounting screws
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine before turning it over or tightening screws.
- Level the surface: Place the coffee maker on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing it on top of other appliances.
- Check rubber feet: Inspect the rubber feet on the base. Replace any missing or hardened feet to restore grip and damping.
- Tighten screws (advanced): Remove the base cover and gently tighten mounting screws for the heater, pump (if fitted), and internal brackets.
- Add anti-vibration mat: Place a thin rubber mat under the machine to reduce transmitted vibration.
If vibration is accompanied by unusual noise or leaks, stop using the machine and have it inspected.
