• Clean frother parts: Disassemble the frother whisk, lid, and air intake. Clean thoroughly to remove dried milk.
• Use fresh cold milk: Use semi-skimmed or whole milk straight from the fridge for best frothing.
• Check whisk condition: Replace the frother whisk if it is bent, worn, or the magnetic coupling is weak.
• Check steam pressure (integrated): Ensure the steam wand or milk circuit is not blocked and that steam output is strong.

If frothing remains poor after cleaning and using suitable milk, the frother motor or steam system may need service.
