How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before cleaning the control panel or switches.
- Check basic conditions:
- Ensure water reservoir has sufficient water.
- Confirm carafe is fully seated on warming plate.
- Verify lid is closed completely.
- Cancel timer modes:
- Press PROGRAM or DELAY BREW to exit any scheduled brew mode.
- Try pressing and holding BREW for 2–3 seconds.
- Clean control panel:
- Wipe buttons with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
