Display shows “NO WATER” or unit beeps and stops mid-brew even though reservoir contains water.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and let it cool before handling.

• Bleed air from system:
  • Fill reservoir to MAX with water.
  • Remove and reinsert reservoir several times to help purge trapped air.
  • Plug in and start a brew with no coffee; listen for the pump. If it hums but no water flows, stop after 30 seconds to avoid overheating.
• Clean inlet area:
  • Remove reservoir and inspect the base inlet for debris.
  • Use a damp cotton swab to clean the inlet port.
• Check for hose kinks (advanced):
  • With the unit unplugged, remove the bottom cover (usually Phillips screws) if accessible.
  • Inspect the silicone hose from reservoir inlet to pump for kinks or pinches; straighten as needed.

If the pump is noisy but still not moving water after these steps, the vibration pump may be failing and should be replaced by a technician.
