How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool before descaling.
- Descale:
- Run a full descaling cycle with vinegar and water.
- Clean pod holder:
- Remove and wash pod holder and drip tray.
- Test with water only:
- Run a cycle without a pod and measure output; compare to selected size.
If underfilling persists, the flow meter or control board calibration may be faulty and require technician adjustment or replacement.
