How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the brewer and allow it to cool before cleaning needles.
- Clean piercing needles:
- Remove pod holder assembly.
- Use a straightened paper clip to gently clear each needle hole.
- Rinse thoroughly under warm water.
- Descale pod path:
- Run a descaling cycle with vinegar and water using the largest cup size and no pod inserted.
If water still does not flow through pods, the internal pod water channel or pump may be failing and require service.
