Capsule holder difficult to insert or remove

Safety: Unplug the machine before attempting to clear obstructions.

• Inspect holder: Check the capsule holder for warping or cracks. Clean thoroughly in warm soapy water.
• Clean chamber: With the handle open, use a soft brush or cloth to remove coffee grounds from the chamber and rails. Do not use sharp tools.
• Check for foreign objects: Ensure no loose foil, capsule fragments, or packaging are stuck inside.

If insertion/removal remains difficult, the internal guides may be damaged and require professional adjustment or replacement.
