Possible Causes

Scale or debris in flow meter, Air bubbles in water circuit, Faulty flow meter sensor, Control board calibration error

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine before moving it or removing the tank.

  • Bleed air: Fill the tank, run a full tank of water (hot and cold) without capsules to remove air and loose debris.
  • Descale: Perform a full descaling cycle to clean the flow meter and thermoblock.
  • Reset (if supported): Some models allow a factory reset of volume calibration (consult the user manual). Perform the reset and test again.

If volume remains inconsistent after flushing, descaling, and reset, the flow meter or control board may need replacement.
