Possible Causes
Scale buildup in thermoblock, Faulty NTC temperature sensor, Control board temperature calibration issue, Brewing with very cold water
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the machine to cool before descaling.
- Use room-temperature water: Avoid using refrigerated water; fill the tank with water at room temperature.
- Descale the machine: Perform a full descaling cycle to remove limescale that can insulate the heater and reduce temperature.
- Preheat the system: Run a short hot-water cycle (without capsule) into a cup to warm the internal circuit and the cup before brewing coffee.
If temperature remains low after descaling and preheating, the thermoblock or temperature sensor may be failing and should be tested and replaced by a technician.
