Possible Causes

Split silicone hose, Loose hose clamp, Cracked thermoblock manifold, Leaking internal O-ring

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Immediately switch off and unplug the machine. Do not use it again until the leak is resolved. Water inside the housing can cause electric shock or short circuits.

  • Remove water tank: Take off the tank and empty it to stop further leakage.
  • Dry exterior: Wipe the outside of the machine and the counter. Do not tip the machine excessively, as this can spread internal water.
  • Observe leak source: With the tank refitted and a small amount of water added, plug in and briefly power on while watching carefully (from a safe distance) to see where water emerges. Then unplug immediately.

Any leak from the base indicates an internal failure (hose, clamp, or thermoblock). The housing must be opened and internal components inspected and replaced by a qualified technician.
