Possible Causes
Partially blocked thermoblock, Failing vibration pump drawing excess current, Faulty power supply board, Overheating due to poor ventilation
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine and allow it to cool for 20–30 minutes.
- Check ventilation: Ensure the machine has space around it and is not enclosed in a cabinet during use.
- Clean and descale: Clean the injector needle and capsule holder, then perform a full descaling cycle to reduce load on the pump and heater.
- Test with water only: After cooling and descaling, run a plain hot-water cycle without a capsule to see if it completes.
If the machine still shuts off mid-brew, an internal electrical fault (pump, heater, or control board) is likely and should be diagnosed by a technician.
