During brewing, the machine vibrates strongly, causing the cup to move or rattle.

Safety: Keep hands clear of moving parts during operation.

• Stabilize the base: Place the machine on a solid, level surface. Avoid hollow or metal surfaces that amplify vibration.
• Check rubber feet: Ensure all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing feet or place a non-slip mat under the machine.
• Descale and bleed air: Air in the pump can increase vibration. Descale and run several tanks of water to stabilize flow.

If vibration remains extreme or worsens, the pump mounts or pump itself may be damaged and should be inspected internally by a technician.
