Possible Causes
Empty or poorly seated water tank, Air drawn into inlet, Blocked inlet filter, Failing pump check valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine before handling the water tank.
- Refill and reseat tank: Fill the tank completely and press it firmly into place to ensure the valve opens.
- Prime the pump: With no capsule inserted, plug in, wait for green light, then run cold water for 30–60 seconds. If no flow, stop, wait 30 seconds, and repeat several times.
- Check for visible bubbles: If you can see air bubbles in the inlet area, continue priming until they clear.
If the pump remains abnormally loud and fails to move water after repeated priming, the internal pump components may be worn or damaged and the pump should be replaced.
