Possible Causes

Empty water tank, Mis-seated water tank, Blocked water tank valve, Airlock in pump, Failed vibration pump

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn the lever back to center and unplug the machine before handling the water tank.

  • Check water tank: Ensure the tank is filled above the minimum mark and properly seated. Press it gently down to engage the valve.
  • Inspect tank valve: Remove the tank and press the valve at the bottom with a clean finger or blunt tool; water should flow freely. If stuck, rinse and work it gently until it moves.
  • Prime the pump: Refit the tank, remove any capsule, place a container under the spout, and run cold water for 30–60 seconds. You may need to start/stop a few times to clear air.
  • Clean injector needle: Use the cleaning needle to clear the injector in the capsule holder; a blockage here can stop flow.

If the pump makes no sound at all or only a loud buzzing with no water movement after priming, the vibration pump or its wiring may have failed and should be replaced by a technician.
