Possible Causes

Thermal fuse open on thermoblock, Overheated thermoblock due to blocked flow, Faulty NTC temperature sensor, Control board overheat detection

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine immediately. Do not attempt to run it again until it has cooled completely.

  • Cooling period: Leave the machine unplugged for at least 30–45 minutes to cool the thermoblock.
  • Check for blockages: Remove the water tank, rinse it, and check the tank outlet valve for debris. Inspect the capsule holder and injector needle for clogs; clean with the supplied cleaning needle or a fine pin.
  • Restart: Reassemble, fill the tank with fresh water, plug in, and wait until the light is steady. Try running water without a capsule on cold first, then hot.

If the red rapid flashing returns immediately or the machine never heats, the thermal fuse or temperature sensor on the thermoblock may have failed. These are internal safety components and should only be replaced by a qualified technician.
