Possible Causes

Open thermoblock heater, Faulty NTC temperature sensor, Burnt relay or triac on control board, Loose heater wiring connector

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine before any inspection. Do not bypass safety devices.

  • Allow warm-up time: Some models take up to 40–60 seconds to change from red to green. Wait at least 2 minutes on first start.
  • Check ambient temperature: Extremely cold environments can delay heating. Move the machine to a room-temperature location and try again.
  • Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug back in and test.

If the light never turns green and no heating sound is heard, the thermoblock or its control circuit is likely defective. Internal resistance and continuity checks require opening the housing and should be done by a technician.
