Possible Causes

Magnetic float stuck in tank, Dirty level sensor window, Faulty reed switch or Hall sensor, Scale buildup in tank

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine before removing the tank.

  • Clean the tank: Empty the tank and rinse thoroughly. Check for a floating magnet inside (float). Ensure it moves freely; clean any scale or slime.
  • Clean sensor area: Wipe the outside of the tank where it faces the machine's sensor window.
  • Refit and test: Fill the tank and reseat it firmly. Check if the warning clears.

If the machine still does not detect the tank level, the internal sensor (reed switch or Hall sensor) may be faulty and needs replacement.
