Water tank difficult to remove or install

Safety: Unplug the machine before forcing any parts.

• Inspect guides: Check the tank rails and guides for dried coffee, sugar, or scale. Clean with a damp cloth.
• Check tank shape: Look for warping or swelling of the plastic tank. Replace if deformed.
• Lubricate lightly: Wipe the guides with a cloth slightly dampened with clean water; do not use oils or grease.

If the tank still jams or requires excessive force, the inlet connector or housing may be misaligned and should be inspected internally.
