How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User-level steps:
- Preheat cups with hot water before brewing.
- Run a blank shot (without capsule) to warm the brew path.
- Perform a full descale to improve heat transfer.
Technical steps:
- Check the NTC sensor resistance and replace if out of spec.
- If temperature remains low despite a good sensor and clean thermoblock, the control board may be under-driving the heater and should be replaced.
