Machine stuck in volume programming mode, Button panel fault, Control board error, Power interruption during programming
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Reset procedure:
- Unplug the machine for 5 minutes, then plug back in.
- Perform a factory reset of cup volumes using the documented button sequence for your model.
- Try reprogramming cup sizes if needed.
If the LEDs continue to flash alternately and the machine is unresponsive, inspect the button PCB and main control board for faults and replace as necessary.
