Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before descaling.

Descaling procedure:

• Prepare Nespresso-approved descaling solution and fill the water tank as per instructions.
• Enter descaling mode using the button sequence in your user manual (varies by model).
• Run the full descale cycle, then perform all required rinse cycles.

If the error persists:

• Repeat the descale cycle once more.
• If still unresolved, internal scale may be severe; inspect and, if necessary, replace the thermoblock and flush or replace tubing.
