Possible Causes

Failed thermoblock heater, Open thermal fuse, Faulty NTC sensor causing heater lockout, Heater relay or triac failure on PCB

Diagnostic steps:

Run a brew cycle and feel the outlet water; confirm it remains cold.
Open the housing and test the thermoblock heater and thermal fuse for continuity.
Check the NTC sensor resistance; replace if open or shorted.
If heater and sensors are good, inspect the control board heater relay/triac and replace the PCB if defective.
