Brewing is extremely slow; it takes much longer than normal to brew a pot.

Safety first: Unplug and let the unit cool before cleaning.

Clean brew path:

• Remove and clean the brew basket, filter, and drip stop.
• Ensure the basket drain hole is clear.

Descale thoroughly:

• Run at least one full descale cycle; for severe cases, repeat twice.

If flow remains slow after cleaning and descaling, the pump may be weakening and should be inspected by a technician.
