How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before manipulating the lid or basket.
Reseat brew basket:
- Remove the brew basket completely and check for obstructions or misaligned parts.
- Clean the basket rails and contact points.
- Reinstall the basket fully until it clicks or sits flush.
Check lid closure:
- Close the top lid firmly until you hear or feel it latch.
- Inspect the lid hinge area for cracks or broken plastic.
Test:
