Display shows ERR or ERROR and the machine will not start any brew cycle.

Safety first: Turn the unit off and unplug it from the wall outlet.

Power reset:

• Leave the unit unplugged for at least 5–10 minutes to allow capacitors on the control board to discharge.
• While unplugged, press and hold the POWER or START button for 10–15 seconds to help reset the electronics.
• Plug the unit back in and check if the error clears.

Check for stuck buttons:

• Inspect the control panel for any buttons that appear sunken or stuck.
• Gently press each button several times to free any that may be jammed.
• Wipe the panel with a slightly damp cloth to remove sticky residue (do not allow moisture into the panel).

Test operation:

• Attempt a simple hot water or small brew cycle.

If the ERR message persists after reset and cleaning, the main control board or a sensor (such as the temperature or flow sensor) may be faulty. At this point, professional diagnosis and board replacement are recommended.
