Water leaks from around the top of the brew basket or lid during brewing.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before opening the brew basket.

Clear the basket:

• Open the brew basket and remove the filter and grounds.
• Rinse the basket thoroughly, ensuring the bottom drain hole is clear.
• Clean the underside of the brew head/showerhead to remove coffee buildup.

Adjust brewing:

• Use a medium grind coffee and do not exceed the recommended scoop count for your brew size.
• Ensure the drip stop lever is fully open before brewing.

Run a water-only test brew to confirm that water flows cleanly through the basket without overflowing.
