Clean outlet and showerhead:

• Remove the brew basket and clean the outlet hole thoroughly.
• Wipe the water showerhead above the basket to remove scale or coffee oils that may cause uneven flow.

If overflow persists with proper loading and a clean basket, consider replacing the brew basket or showerhead assembly if visibly warped or damaged.
