How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker and allow it to cool. Be careful of sharp needles.
Clean piercing needles:
- Open the pod compartment and locate the upper and lower piercing needles.
- Use a straightened paper clip or the cleaning tool provided by Oster to gently clear any coffee grounds from the needle holes.
- Rinse the pod holder under warm water to remove residue.
Inspect alignment:
- Ensure the pod holder is seated correctly and not warped.
If needles are bent or damaged, replace the pod holder / piercing assembly.
