Possible Causes
Empty or improperly seated reservoir, Airlock in pump or lines, Severely clogged inlet or outlet, Failed vibration pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and let it cool. Hot water may be trapped inside.
- Check reservoir: Ensure the reservoir is filled and firmly seated. Refill to MAX and reinstall.
- Prime the system: With the unit unplugged, gently tilt it forward and backward a few degrees to help move trapped air. Do not invert the machine.
- Run water‑only cycle: Plug in and attempt a water‑only brew. Listen for the pump. If you hear it but see no flow, the lines may be blocked.
- Descale aggressively: If some flow returns, immediately run a descale cycle to clear remaining deposits.
- Stop if no flow: If there is no flow at all and the pump is silent or only hums faintly, the pump may have failed and should be replaced by a technician.
