Thermal carafe does not keep coffee hot for long; coffee cools quickly.

• Preheat carafe: Fill the carafe with hot tap water for a few minutes before brewing, then discard the water and brew immediately.
• Check lid seal: Ensure the lid is fully tightened or locked and that its gasket is intact and clean.
• Test insulation: Fill the carafe with hot water, close the lid, and check temperature after 1–2 hours. If it is nearly room temperature, the vacuum insulation may be lost.
• Replace carafe: A failed vacuum seal cannot be repaired; the carafe must be replaced.
