• Check filter: Replace the paper filter or thoroughly rinse the permanent mesh filter. Overfilled or fine-ground coffee can also slow flow.
• Clean shower head: Remove the filter basket and inspect the water outlet holes above it. Clean them gently with a soft brush or toothpick.
• Descale thoroughly: Run at least one full descaling cycle. For severe cases, you may need to repeat the process.
• Test with water only: Run a cycle with just water to confirm improved flow. If still slow, internal hoses or heater passages may be heavily scaled and require professional cleaning or replacement.
