Possible Causes
Blocked inlet or outlet of pump, Airlock in water line, Failed vibration pump, Faulty flow sensor (if equipped)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and let it cool.
- Check water tank: Ensure the tank is full, properly seated, and that the bottom valve opens when pressed. Clean any debris from the valve.
- Prime the pump: Fill the tank completely, then start a brew cycle with no coffee. If the pump is noisy but no water flows, stop the cycle, wait 30 seconds, and try again several times to clear air from the lines.
- Descale: Run a descaling cycle to clear mineral deposits that may be blocking the pump or flow sensor.
- Listen to pump: If you hear no vibration or humming from the pump during a cycle, the pump or its wiring may have failed and will need replacement by a technician.
