Possible Causes
Leak detected by internal float switch, Cracked silicone hose, Loose hose clamp on heater, Cracked water tank outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker immediately. Do not continue using a unit that is leaking internally.
- Check for visible leaks: Look around and under the machine for pooled water. Dry the exterior with a towel.
- Remove and inspect tank: Check the water tank for cracks, especially around the outlet valve. Replace if damaged.
- Allow to dry: If a minor spill into the top occurred, allow the unit to dry for 24–48 hours and then test. However, if E07 returns, an internal leak is likely.
- Professional inspection: Internal leak sensors and hoses are inside the chassis. Disassembly exposes mains wiring and hot components; this work should be done by a qualified technician who can replace hoses, clamps, or the tank outlet as needed.
