Water leaks from the top or around the lid during brewing.

Safety first: Hot steam can cause burns. Unplug and allow the unit to cool before inspection.

• Check fill level: Do not fill the water tank above the MAX line.
• Clean steam vent: Locate the steam vent holes on the lid and ensure they are not blocked by scale or debris. Clean gently with a brush or toothpick.
• Inspect lid gasket: Examine the rubber gasket around the lid for cracks, flattening, or hardening. Replace if deteriorated.
• Check lid fit: Ensure the lid closes fully and latches properly. Warped lids may need replacement.
