Possible Causes

Clogged coffee spouts, Blocked brew group filter, Heavy scale in coffee circuit, Blocked crema valve

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Allow the machine to cool and unplug it before removing the brew group.

  • Clean coffee spouts: Use a thin needle or brush to clear the holes in the coffee outlet spouts. Then run several hot water cycles to flush.
  • Clean brew group: Remove the brew group and rinse thoroughly. Use a soft brush on the metal filter and moving parts. Let it dry and lubricate the rails with food-grade grease.
  • Run cleaning tablets: If supported, run a coffee oil cleaning cycle with Philips cleaning tablets to dissolve internal coffee oil deposits.
  • Descale: Perform a full descaling cycle to remove scale from the coffee circuit and crema valve.

If flow remains poor, the internal coffee path or crema valve may need to be disassembled and cleaned or replaced by a technician.
