Milk system does not draw milk from the container; only steam or hot water comes out.

Safety: Let the machine cool before working on the milk system.

• Check assembly: Ensure the LatteGo or milk carafe is assembled exactly as shown in the Philips manual. Misaligned parts can prevent suction.
• Clean suction tube: Remove and rinse the milk suction tube. Use a small brush to clear any dried milk.
• Check for cracks: Inspect the tube and connectors for cracks that could cause air leaks. Replace damaged parts.
• Run milk cleaning cycle: Use the built-in milk cleaning program to flush the milk circuit with warm water.

If milk still is not drawn, the internal milk valve or steam circuit may need service.
