Possible Causes

Beans not feeding into grinder, Very oily beans bridging, Blocked grinder inlet, Faulty bean sensor (if equipped)

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before putting hands near the grinder inlet.

  • Stir beans: Gently stir the beans in the hopper with a dry spoon to break any bridges.
  • Use different beans: Avoid very oily or flavored beans that can stick together. Use dry, medium-roast beans.
  • Clean hopper and inlet: Empty the hopper and vacuum out dust and fragments. Wipe the walls dry.
  • Check bean gate (if present): Some models have an adjustable gate at the hopper bottom; ensure it is open.

If the message persists and beans are feeding correctly, the bean sensor or control logic may be faulty and require service.
