Safety: Unplug the machine before cleaning the panel.

Clean panel: Wipe the control panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaners or spray directly onto the panel.
Dry thoroughly: Allow the panel to dry completely before plugging the machine back in.
Avoid steam exposure: Do not place the machine under low cabinets where steam can condense on the panel.
Check cable (advanced): If comfortable, open the housing and reseat the ribbon cable between the panel and main board.

If unresponsiveness continues, the touch panel or control board may need replacement.
