• Descale: Fill the water tank with a Philips-approved descaler solution and run a full brew cycle without coffee. Repeat with fresh water to rinse.
• Clean filter basket: Remove and wash the basket and any permanent filter to clear coffee residues.
• Check inlet screen: Inspect and clean any mesh screen in the water tank area.

If brewing remains very slow, the internal heater tube may be heavily scaled and require professional cleaning or replacement.
