• Check water supply: Ensure the reservoir is full and properly seated. Running the pump dry increases noise.
• Bleed air: Run water through the group and hot water tap to purge air from the system.
• Inspect pump mounts: Remove the side panel and verify that the pump is securely fastened to its rubber mounts. Replace cracked or hardened dampers.
• Tighten hardware: Tighten any loose screws or brackets around the pump and chassis.
• Replace pump: If noise persists and flow is reduced, replace the vibration pump or rotary pump as appropriate.
