Steam pressure gauge does not move or shows incorrect readings, even though steam output seems normal.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the machine. Allow the boiler to cool and depressurize before working on the gauge line.

• Visual inspection: Check the copper or stainless capillary tube from the boiler to the gauge for kinks or damage.
• Tighten fittings: Ensure all gauge fittings are snug to prevent leaks and air ingress.
• Clear blockage (advanced): Remove the capillary tube and soak it in descaling solution to dissolve internal scale, then flush thoroughly.
• Replace gauge: If the gauge remains unresponsive or sticks, replace it with a Rocket-compatible steam pressure gauge.
