How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before opening the control panel.
- Dry out moisture: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, unplug and allow to dry for 24 hours.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the top cover and reseat the cable between the keypad and main PCB.
- Test individual buttons: If some work and others do not, the tact switches for those buttons are likely worn.
- Repair: Replace the keypad PCB or individual tact switches if you have soldering skills.
