Water level indicator on the side of the tank is inaccurate or stuck.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the tank.

• Remove tank: Take out the water reservoir and inspect the level indicator window.
• Free the float: Gently tap and move the float to ensure it moves freely.
• Clean: Wash the tank and indicator area with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.
• If still inaccurate: Replace the water tank with level indicator.
