• Allow full warm-up: Wait several minutes after the machine indicates ready before pulling a shot.
• Preheat components:
  • Run a blank shot to warm the group head and portafilter.
  • Use preheated cups.
• Adjust temperature (if supported): Increase the brew temperature setting in the menu by 1–2 steps.
• Descale: Run a descale cycle to improve heat transfer.
• Repair (advanced): If brew temperature remains low, replace the brew thermistor sensor or thermocoil as needed.
